Speaking of snow....
I think it followed us home from the mountain. It came down fast but melted within a few hours. I giggled like a kid watching it fall.

Snow
We drove up the mountain and played in the snow yesterday. Having grown up in Nebraska and living through my fair share of blizzards I never thought I'd miss the stuff, but I really did. Maybe snow by choice is the best of both worlds.

My guitar
When Jen was here we took my neglected guitar down off the shelf, restrung it, and tuned it. I don't know what took me so long.
Now all I need are some lessons.

The Mountain
To be able to see the mountain in November is a rare nicety, but I can't figure out if that haze is fog or smog...

Server move
Friday night I'll be moving my stuff over to a new server with my same webhost. It will take anywhere from 24-48 hours for the nameservers to propogate, so during that time I won't be able to send or receive any email from my yelley.com account. If you really need to get in touch with me email me at yelley at gmail dot com. K? K.

Adventuring
Nothing says "let's scare the shit out of ourselves" like a half-mile after dusk hike to the ruins of an abandoned asylum.
(thanks for the tip, Karla!)

Nenny
Four years have come and gone but getting together again feels like not a moment has passed. We had fun tonight at the Chihuly Bridge of Glass...well when we weren't freezing to death.
