What a week! By Friday most of the snow was gone, but driving this week was so much fun (insert eye roll here). I love the snow when there’s nowhere to go…

The first snow melted fast, but another storm came through today. I had to go play in it; it’s been years since I made a snowman.
The second shot is an 8-second exposure taken right when the poor guy fell over.

I think it followed us home from the mountain. It came down fast but melted within a few hours. I giggled like a kid watching it fall.

We drove up the mountain and played in the snow yesterday. Having grown up in Nebraska and living through my fair share of blizzards I never thought I’d miss the stuff, but I really did. Maybe snow by choice is the best of both worlds.
