“Wanna go to Vegas?”
Suddenly our stay-at-home vacation was transformed into a Vegas mini-break. We drank, we gambled…we saw a man with a giant stack of cash drop two $500 coins into a slot machine at Mandalay Bay as if he were dropping quarters.
We didn’t see it all, not even close, but it was nice to get out of town for a couple of days. It’s that time of year again when the memories become less hazy and it all comes flooding back so perhaps a good distraction wasn’t too much to ask for.
